Expecting VIP's or Special Groups at your event?

Expecting a group of special visitors? You now have the ability to pre-load the group for even faster signin's on ZAP IN visitor registry apps.

You can do this by following these steps:

1. Go to the 'Setup' drop down menu and click on 'Here-to-See'

2. Click on 'Time Tracking'

- Click 'Mandatory'

- Change 'Button Label' to whatever you would like to call this group (Ex. VIP)

When you now return to the main page, you will see 3 buttons (Sign IN, Sign Out & VIP)

This special group of visitors can then click on the VIP button and enter their name upon arrival. Their name will match and sign in. You can pre-load this group of visitors on to the iPad by using the LDAP feature.

3. LDAP Feature

- Go back to the 'Here-to-See' function

- Click on 'Active Directory' then 'list manager', then 'Options' and finally 'LDAP/Active Directory' which is when the syncing will take place.

You can also pre-load a group of visitors if you have them in your apple contacts or add them manually prior to their visit. The pre-loading group feature is available on the Full version. Keep track of your day-to-day visitors as well as special groups.
