Zumba, ZAP IN & Covid-19?

March 22, Waterloo, ON. What in the world could these three unlikely things have in common? This past Sunday saw Waterloo’s first Zumba class streamed live during this COVID-19 crisis. And it all happened from the iVenuto ZAP IN studio! Our office studio is normally used for product photography and videos. Not this past weekend. It was re-purposed to a Zumba studio where 31 attendees streamed a live work-out event! All gyms have closed in Ontario – and people are wondering how to adapt. When fitness instructor, Mursel Jakupi approached us with the idea – we jumped on it! What a great way to help out – we provided the studio and equipment to run a 1 hour online Zumba class. And, of course, the music and moves were so catchy – our tech broadcast crew had to dance along!
